It tells what happens with Novel writer Rio Kijima (Terunosuke Takezai) and university student Haruhiko Kuzumi (Kenta Izuka) when they enroll in a long distance relationship.
Kuzumi, a slave to his new job as an advertiser with no time to write to Rio, struggle to work through their long-distance relationship. Rio one day childishly runs away from home and, after a series of events, hurts his arm (again) and starts rooming with the instigator of his injury. Kuzumi, on the other hand, tries to confront Rio to do something about their relationship... but can Kuzumi find him and manage to bring him back?

He remembers the moment when they first became interested in each other.

Kijima went back to the Motel where he had a quarrel with Kuzumi.
In the midst of his silence, He found a couple who were quarreling.
yet Kijima injures his arm…. again.
This accident brings him to meet the lady boss of a club named Haruko and her brother, Shizuo Akemi.
Kijima asks Akemi to transcribe a novel he is writing.
as a matter of fact, he's an Erotic Novelist.
Haruko invites Kijima to stay at her place.
However,

Haruko's clients think Kijima is Haruko's new boyfriend, Shizuo believes that he feels there's something different about Kijima.
Kijima ignores Kuzumi calls.
Kuzumi just knew that Kijima ran away from home 2 weeks ago since he had fought with his sister.
Before leaving, Kijima said he would stay at his friend's place for a while.
Kuzumi found Haruko's place.
Haruko misunderstood him as Kijima's enemy.
Hearing Kijima's voice from upstairs, He forced his way in.

But There’s no relief to be found..

Kuzumi who saw Shizuo is jotting down the Novel Pornograph read by Kijima..

Next Morning, Kijima awakes when Kuzumi has already left.
Haruko, who heard it, asks Kijima to catch him.

When Kuzumi finally answered the call, Kijima told him that he would be going to his place in 30 minutes.
Kido asks, "Are You guys in a relationship now?"
Kijima "Kinda Yes"
Kido asks" was there even a possibility of us being in a relationship?"
"It's impossible, because we both are too alike"
Both agree.
Kido says "Kuzumi is a nice person, don't let him go."
He was rushing home, only to tell Kuzumi...
As a matter of fact, he's afraid to confront him before, but he wants to believe that Kuzumi might need a person like him, because Kuzumi is the person he loves the most.

Finally, They recover their relationship and go to Kijimas hometown, where their beautiful memories reside.
and once again, Kuzumi brings out his sincerity.
Kuzumi said he would like to treasure every shortcomings of kijima.
Kijima remembers his teacher's answers to his question..
"Is there really a fully happy person and a non lonely life?"
When the morning doth break.
On the tree tops,
When the wind blows
The cradle will rock.
When the bough breaks
The cradle will fall,
5 months later,
Kijima sends his new novel to Kuzumi.
Shizuo went off with his lover
Haruko won a lottery ticket for travelling.
As for him, he would also like to leave someday, because he wants to live with Kuzumi.
"But lets keep this until the day we meet"
And that's how the movie ends.
